Volunteers find new plant invaders and remove localized infestations before they get out of control. This program is great for those that love the being in the park and want to get to know the flora and fauna. You will learn to identify both native and invasive plants while enjoying scenic landscapes.
July 13th, Saturday, 8:00 – 12:00 and July 14th, Sunday, 8:00 – 12:00.

Individuals and families: Volunteers ages 16 and up, Seniors, and Weed Warriors. Drop-in individuals are welcome. Pre-registration is not required for participation, but highly encouraged. We work at different restoration sites and may need to give you directions. Check in for weather cancellations (only rain and heat advisories).
Groups of three or more may require special arrangements and must be confirmed in advance. Registration is required.
Skills and What to Bring: Yourself and friends. No experience necessary. Training and tools will be provided. Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
