The Dumbarton Oaks Park Conservancy is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission, in partnership with the National Park Service, is the restoration and maintenance of Dumbarton Oaks Park, formerly a part of one of America’s leading landscape designs, created by Beatrix Farrand, one of America’s most important (and first female professional) landscape architects.
The Conservancy has launched a Centennial Challenge Campaign to help us fulfill our mission, and support large-scale restoration projects in the Park, including engineering and construction projects to solve water run-off and erosion challenges, restoration of our fifth and final meadow, and the repair of damaged rock-built waterfalls and ponds.
Your help is needed to make these projects possible and bring back this hallmark of American landscape design.
Contributions are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged in writing to the donor. Checks can be made payable to The Dumbarton Oaks Park Conservancy and mailed to: Dumbarton Oaks Park Conservancy P.O. Box 32080 Washington, DC 20007
